Stratford Town Walk guides

Stratford Town Walk guides have been providing the highly-acclaimed Town Walk since 2002 and to mark a very special 15th anniversary a series of evening walks have been planned to raise money for a local charity.

There is no charge for the walking tour, but donations will be gratefully received and passed to the Aylesford cancer unit at Warwick Hospital.

Walks start at 7pm from outside Shakespeare's Birthplace (timber-framed building opposite the Christmas shop) in Henley Street.

Evening walks are always popular and places are limited so it is essential to book in advance.

Please telephone 07855 760377 (any time between 9am and 6pm), or email stratfordtownwalk@btinternet.com

Each person will be given a ticket with 5 tear-off vouchers.  There is no use-by date on the vouchers, they can be used in Stratford at a range of shops, restaurants, pubs and attractions, including 2for1 entry to Shakespeare's school, 30% off entry to the Shakespeare Houses and more.

We look forward to welcoming you and hope you will support out charity event.

Thanks to everyone who joined our walks (pics below) for your donations and to our guides for giving their time, our supporters and George and the team at Barnaby's for complimentary tea/coffee.

One or two donations still coming in, but with walks and profit from book sales, we have almost reached our target of £1000 for the Aylesford cancer unit at Warwick Hospital.
